- Call your ISP: Sometimes, it is just time to complain. If your connection will not behave no matter what you do, call your ISP. They may not have done anything wrong, but double checking to see if they can help on their end is often worth the effort. You may learn that it’s time to upgrade your leased modem or check the wiring at your home.
